PRICES

All prices listed in our website, advertisement and catalog do not include shipping & handling charges. All prices are mail order prices; extra fees may apply for pick up or will call. All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Orders shipped to California residents must include 9.25% sales tax.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers,shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price.shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged.

shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor.shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part.will not cover any loss in profit or labor due to errors in shipping, mispackaging, and/or extended delays for backorder items.shall not be held accountable for any misconception or disappointment associated with any product.

CANCELLATIONS

Any order which is canceled fromafter placement of order , prior to the time of shipment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 5% (five percent).

PAYMENT

accepts all major credit cards, checks, money orders,PayPal and certified checks payable to. Bank transfers also accepted . All checks will be subject to a minimum of (14) fourteen-business day waiting period to clear with our bank. Orders will not be processed or shipped until this waiting period is over. To eliminate this delay, please send a money order, cashier's check, and certified check or prepay by credit card. Credit card fraud will not be tolerated. All orders paid by credit card must be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or verified alternate shipping address. Orders will NOT be shipped if the address provided does not match the records of the credit cardholder's bank. Please DO NOT send cash, as we are not responsible for any loss that may occur with the US Postal Service.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped signature required by an adult by UPS. In stock items usually ship within 24hrs after receipt of order.does not guarantee on time deliver for out of stock items. Any expected shipment dates given to customer are approximate. Out of stock items will be placed backorder.

RETURNS

All items returned are subject to a 25% (twenty-five percent) restocking fee. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if they are unused in their original condition and packaging within 30 days after date of invoice. It is the customers responsibility to contactwithin this time period to be eligible for a return. A (RA#) Return Authorization Number must be issued before returning product. You may contact us by way of telephone at (925) 240-1357 , Fax (925) 516-8901. A RA# must be clearly marked on return packages, otherwise package will be refused. All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging within the 30 days. The returned item(s) must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been used, scratched, damaged or modified. Ifdoes not accept a returned item as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, the buyer must accept any incurred cost. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct part before ordering and installing a particular part.

REFUNDS

A refund, exchange or core return will not be made until all items are returned toShipping and handling are nonrefundable. Orders placed by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card account only. All other non-credit card orders will be refunded by either company check or store credit. Refused shipments sent back todo not constitute a refund or credit.reserve the right to charge the customer shipping & handling costs for the refused shipment and a 25% restocking fee.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders outside of the United States must be paid in full by credit card , bank wire transfer or Western Union in US Funds before any order will be processed. All foreign orders are final. No returns will be accepted; therefore it is the buyer's responsibility to order the correct item.

WARRANTY

All products sold byare subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Our limited warranty will not be honored if the customer’s mishandling, misuse, abuse or faulty use causes the defect. Our limited warranty covers the parts of our systems that SRI manufactures. Limited warranty covers the main structure of our products. Parts that are considered "wear items " are not covered by any limited warranty. All electronic components are covered by a 6 month warranty. The products that we carry that are made by others are covered by their own warranties
